About the Role HSB Norr is seeking a driven accounting consultant with an interest in the property industry for our Property Economics department, based in Luleå. This is a broad and developmental role where you have overall responsibility for accounting and financial management, both at a strategic and operational level, for your clients who are housing cooperative associations. Corporate clients may also be included. With support from engaged colleagues, you manage your own client base with the opportunity to independently drive your collaboration forward and provide our customers with long-term and secure financial management, all to contribute to and create quality housing. Key Responsibilities Your role as an accounting consultant at HSB Norr is advisory in nature, with your main responsibilities including: Building strong relationships with your clients and colleagues Delivery responsibility within financial management, such as financial statements, budgets, and tax returns Ongoing bookkeeping and other administrative tasks You will also have the freedom to, for example, design delivery plans and develop collaboration and relationships with your clients. Personal Qualities We will place great emphasis on personal qualities in this recruitment process as you will be an important face of the company. As a person, you are responsible and solution-oriented and enjoy working with numbers. You are accustomed to structuring and organizing your day and thrive with client contact, as dialogue with our clients and other property owners occurs daily. Therefore, we see that you are social and comfortable with multiple points of contact in a consultative working style. As we are a large department with many external and internal contacts, strong collaboration and communication skills are important for you to thrive with us. Terms The position is a permanent employment with an initial probationary period of 6 months. Start date according to agreement with placement location in Luleå. In the long term, we also want you to take on the role of HSB board member, i.e., participate in a housing cooperative association's board.
