Clients consist of small and medium-sized companies as well as larger corporations, and work is conducted in close collaboration with clients where Global Accounting strives to be a long-term partner and a natural first point of contact for matters related to finance and accounting. A central part of the offering is the Financial Support service, where they effectively function as the client's external finance department.
Work is carried out in teams with ongoing and often daily client contact, and operations are characterized by structure, quality, and responsibility in delivery. Responsibilities
As an accounting consultant, you are responsible for annual reports, year-end and monthly closing statements, and income tax returns. You are the client manager and ensure that various client projects run smoothly. The role also includes ongoing bookkeeping, invoice attestation, and handling of monthly reports.
Global Accounting works closely with its clients and values a holistic view of financial work. You act in an advisory capacity and work with the client to drive their financial operations forward. Additionally, you have the opportunity to be part of a personal firm and influence both the future and company culture. Short decision-making paths make it easy to make decisions and make a difference.
• Drive monthly and year-end closing statements
• Prepare annual reports
• Client responsibility where you compile materials and assist clients
• Ongoing accounting, monthly reports, and invoice attestation
Education, Experience, and Personal Qualities
• Post-secondary education in accounting or equivalent
• At least five years of professional experience from an accounting firm, with good understanding of all parts of the accounting process
• Experience with client responsibility
• Good computer and system skills; experience with Fortnox is a merit
• Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• It is a merit if you are an authorized accounting consultant
• Experience with consolidated accounting is a merit
To succeed in this role, you are independent in your delivery and confident in dialogue with clients. You are accustomed to handling multiple parallel assignments and thrive in an environment where much happens simultaneously. The work pace is sometimes high with a large influx of issues and client interactions, which requires you to be able to prioritize, structure, and make your own decisions in everyday work. You are someone who takes responsibility, drives your work forward, and is motivated by development.
