About the Company: Custos Advokater is a law firm specializing in economic crime, insolvency law, and tax law. The firm provides qualified legal advice to clients from its office in Stockholm. About the Position: This is a strategically important role within the accounting function, serving as an advisor to both clients and internal consultants. You are expected to work independently, with significant influence over how structures, routines, and processes are established. We are seeking a senior professional who can independently manage their own clients and work in a consultative advisory capacity. The role involves building up and developing an organization while creating long-term customer relationships. In this role, you will be responsible for: - Ongoing bookkeeping and reporting - Annual reports according to K3 - Financial analysis, operating budgets, and cash flow forecasts - Audit and close collaboration on audit matters - Advisory services to clients on financial matters - Establishing routines, structures, and processes within the accounting function - Building and developing customer relationships We are Looking for: You are an independent and communicative accounting expert with senior experience who thrives in an advisory role. You are comfortable engaging with clients, socially skilled, and have strong analytical abilities. You have a business-oriented mindset and are driven by building structure, relationships, and results. Requirements: - Minimum 3 years of accounting experience - Audit experience - Experience with Fortnox and Visma - Good understanding of K3 regulations - Strong competence in financial analysis - Civil economist degree or equivalent education - Good Excel skills - Fluent Swedish, both spoken and written Merits: - Experience with Björn Lundén - Knowledge of group accounting and consolidation - Experience with liquidity budgets and cash flow analysis - Good English skills Other Information: Are you ready for the next step in your career?
