Key Responsibilities In this role, you will have broad responsibility for accounting and work closely with operations in a dynamic and entrepreneurial environment. Your tasks will include: ● Ongoing accounting and reconciliation of transactions within the group ● Responsibility for continuous reconciliation of balance sheet accounts and ensuring high quality in accounting ● Monthly and annual financial statements, including consolidated financial reporting and management of inter-company reconciliations and eliminations related to foreign subsidiaries ● Responsibility for the group's accounting processes, including establishing and implementing accounting principles in both the Swedish parent company and the German subsidiary, as well as ongoing support with accounting matters ● Preparation of annual reports for the parent company ● Management of VAT, social contributions, and income tax declarations ● Active participation in budgeting and forecasting work with the CFO ● Support to operations on financial matters and monitoring of results Who Are We Looking For? We are looking for someone with post-secondary education in economics and several years of work experience in qualified accounting. You are confident in independently preparing financial statements according to K3 regulations and have previous experience preparing annual reports. You have an interest in streamlining as well as developing routines and processes to create even better ways of working. As a person, you are responsible, meticulous, and humble. You have a good ability to drive your work forward in an independent and structured manner, while collaborating well with others. You are an unpretentious team player who contributes positive energy to the group.
