As an Accounting Specialist, you will play an important role in our daily accounting work and be responsible for several central parts of the accounting process. You will work independently with accounts receivable and accounts payable, ongoing bookkeeping, and preparing VAT returns. The role also includes work with monthly reconciliations and monthly closing, reconciliation of balance sheet accounts, and support with year-end closing and audits.
Additionally, you will handle certain payroll administration, prepare and report statistics, and contribute to the development of the finance department's routines and processes. You will become part of a small organization where collaboration is a given, which means that other accounting-related tasks may also be included in the role.

Candidate Profile
We are looking for someone with at least two years of experience in ongoing accounting who wants to continue developing in a broad and varied finance role.
You have experience working independently with ongoing accounting, including accounts receivable and payable, bookkeeping, VAT reporting, and reconciliations.
We are looking for someone who is responsible, self-motivated, and thorough with a structured work approach and an eye for detail. You are positive, solution-oriented, and enjoy working in a family-like organization where you take responsibility and have influence.
If you have experience with Visma administration, Hogia lön plus, and Capego, that is advantageous.
