Accounting Specialist at Limbra

About the Position In your role as an accounting specialist at Limbra, you'll work broadly within the finance function with a focus on both accounts receivable and accounts payable, as well as ongoing accounting. Here you'll have many contact points, both internally and externally, and become an important part of a team characterized by collaboration, quality, and efficiency. You'll work in a dynamic environment where the pace is sometimes high, which requires strong organization, attention to detail, and good prioritization skills. Responsibilities Accounts Payable (AP): • Booking of vendor invoices • Setting up new vendors • Managing reminders • Processing payments • Follow-up and reconciliation • Ongoing contact with vendors and operations Accounts Receivable (AR): • Customer invoicing • Booking of payments that are not automatically matched • Follow-up on unmatched payments Other Tasks: • Bank reconciliations • Account reconciliations in connection with financial statements • Follow-up and ongoing quality assurance in accounts receivable and payable • Contact with service center and other operations • May eventually include VAT declarations Desirable Background We're looking for someone with approximately 2–4 years of experience working in finance and accounting, preferably with a focus on accounts receivable and payable. You have a good understanding of accounting principles and feel comfortable with accounting systems. Additionally, you have basic Excel skills and an interest in systems and digital working methods. Experience from a fast-paced environment with many contact points is a merit. Personal Qualities We place great emphasis on your personal qualities.
