As an accounting economist, you will be responsible for the company's accounting, financial statements, monitoring, and reporting. You will work in a broad role that offers great variety. About the role Your responsibilities as an accounting economist span from budgets and forecasts to reconciliations, financial statements, and reporting. Your tasks include: Ongoing accounting and responsibility for accounts receivable and accounts payable Accounting for VAT and taxes Reconciliations, financial statements, and annual reports according to K3 Monthly reporting to management, parent company, employees, and board Monitoring and analysis of results Budgets and forecasts Statistics and other ongoing financial administration Ongoing contact with auditors and banks Participation in improvement work, implementation of new procedures and system support, and continuous process optimization. As an accounting economist, you will report to the company's CFO, and the finance team consists of you and an accounting assistant. To succeed in this role, we see that you have Relevant post-secondary education in economics and at least 3-5 years of work experience with similar tasks. Good experience working in accounting systems, preferably cloud-based solutions, and strong knowledge of Microsoft 365. Good communication skills, both spoken and written, in Swedish and English.
