As an Accounting Specialist with us, you get a central and independent role with broad responsibility for accounting across multiple real estate companies. You work close to the business and gain a complete picture of the companies' finances while having great freedom to plan and structure your work. Your main responsibilities: • Ongoing accounting for our real estate companies within the group • Accounts payable and accounts receivable • Payments, reconciliations, and VAT reporting • Quarterly rent invoicing to our tenants • Annual financial statements We have already made progress in automating and streamlining accounting, but still see good opportunities to develop work methods and procedures. For someone who wants to influence this, there is great room to contribute. The role can also develop to include group consolidation and greater responsibility depending on your ambitions and interests. We are flexible regarding the scope and can adapt the position to 75–100% based on your preferences. The position is located at our pleasant office in central Falkenberg. Who are you?
