About the Role As an Accounting Specialist, you will have a broad and qualified role with significant responsibility. You will work with the entire accounting process and become an important resource for both the finance team and the organization as a whole. You will be responsible for ongoing accounting and quality assurance, accruals and account reconciliations, fixed asset register, monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, and contribute to annual reports and tax filings. The role also includes reporting, group-related matters, and support for customer and supplier accounts receivable/payable. You will also have the opportunity to contribute to the development and optimization of routines, processes, and systems within the finance area. Who Are We Looking For? We are looking for someone with several years of experience in qualified accounting work who feels confident independently managing closing processes. You have a good understanding of accounting as a whole and preferably experience with group accounting, consolidation, budgeting, and reporting. If you have also worked in a larger or international organization, that is a plus. Experience with Infor M3, Medius, Mercur, and/or Cognos is advantageous. You have relevant education in finance or equivalent competence acquired through work experience. As a person, you are meticulous, organized, and responsible.
