SHIFT Electric Mobility is a Nordic service partner in electric mobility. We specialize in service, technical support, and spare parts for heavy electric vehicles such as buses and trucks. We help our customers keep their vehicles running through rapid troubleshooting, high technical expertise, and a strong service network across the entire Nordic region. One day you work with supplier invoices and ongoing bookkeeping; the next day you prepare analyses, compile decision-making materials, or help the organization understand financial relationships. Since we operate in four Nordic countries, you need to be comfortable in a complex environment where different companies, currencies, VAT handling, and processes interact. You'll have many contact points in the organization and be an important part of ensuring high quality in our financial reporting. Examples of responsibilities: Ongoing bookkeeping Supplier and customer accounting Invoice management Account reconciliations VAT reporting Monthly and annual financial statements Inventory and project reconciliations Internal transactions between group companies Prepare financial analyses, reports, and decision-making materials Participate in the development of finance processes and methods Support the CFO and organization with finance-related matters Who Are You?
