Accounting Specialist with Immediate Start

Accounting Specialist (50%) We are looking for a careful and dedicated accounting specialist who wants to become an important part of our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the company's ongoing accounting and financial administration, and ensure that the financial work maintains high quality, is accurate, and provides a reliable basis for the company's financial monitoring. Please note that the position is 50% and is entirely on-site. Work is performed at our office and there is no possibility for remote work or working from home. Job Responsibilities As an accounting specialist, you will work with: Ongoing bookkeeping VAT accounting and VAT reporting Management of inflows and outflows Reconciliation of bank, customer and supplier accounts as well as balance sheet accounts Preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements Preparation of annual reports Development of financial reports and quarterly reports Assistance with audits and contact with authorities as needed Other financial administrative tasks Who Are You? We are looking for someone who is organized, careful and responsible with a strong interest in accounting and finance. You work independently, have strong analytical skills and are comfortable taking responsibility for your tasks. At the same time, you are a team player who contributes to a positive work environment. We would like to see that you have: Post-secondary education in finance or accounting Experience with ongoing bookkeeping and financial statement work Strong knowledge of bookkeeping, VAT and annual reports Experience with accounting systems and good computer skills Strong Swedish language skills, both spoken and written A long-term perspective and are looking for a workplace where you can stay for many years What We Offer We offer a varied and developmental position with substantial independent responsibility in a stable operation.
