About the Role As an accounting manager at Corroventa, you'll have a central and varied role with responsibility for accounting and payroll administration in our Swedish company, which generates over 268 MSEK in revenue. You'll be an important part of a small finance team with a clear area of responsibility that includes everything from invoicing, ongoing accounting, reconciliations, VAT reporting, monthly financial statements, to the entire payroll process. The role also involves supporting business systems and finance-related questions and helping ensure efficient and well-functioning administrative processes. You'll work primarily in Pyramid and Agda. Experience with these systems is good, but we value your experience in accounting and payroll management more than specific system knowledge. Beyond your finance-related responsibilities, you'll have an important role in daily operations. You welcome visitors, handle incoming calls, and help ensure administrative routines run smoothly and professionally. The role is broad, but the foundation is clear: accounting, financial statements, and payroll. Therefore, you need to thrive with broad operational responsibility and appreciate being the one who keeps the finance and payroll processes together, with a focus on quality, structure, and accuracy. Who Are You? We're looking for someone with several years of experience in accounting and payroll management who thrives in a role where structure, accuracy, and responsibility are a natural part of everyday work. You have relevant post-secondary education in finance, or have acquired equivalent knowledge through work experience. You speak and write Swedish fluently and have good English skills to communicate and handle work-related information as needed. You also have good system skills and easily adapt to new ways of working and routines. Experience with Pyramid and/or Agda is a merit, but not required. For this role, you're someone who enjoys classical accounting, recurring processes, and working toward deadlines, but who also appreciates being able to help where needed. You feel confident and independent in your professional role and take responsibility for your tasks, while being service-minded, unpretentious, and seeing what the business needs, whether it's a finance question, a visitor at reception, or ordering office supplies.
