Accounting Specialist with Payroll Responsibility

About the Role The role is broad and independent. You'll work with the entire flow from ongoing accounting and payroll to monthly reconciliations, reporting, and analysis. You will, among other things: Handle and post supplier invoices and administer payment approval flows. Create payment files and post completed payments. Reconcile bank, Swish, accounts receivable, tax accounts, and collection accounts. Match incoming payments against customer invoices. Follow up on overdue customer receivables via email and phone. Conduct monthly payroll processing. Reconcile internal invoicing between Tell Sverige AB and Tell Södra AB. Perform monthly reconciliations and ensure correct balance sheet entries. Reconcile inventory and other relevant documentation. Ensure monthly reporting is completed by the 15th of each month at the latest. Analyze monthly results and comment on significant deviations. Prepare quarterly liquidity reports. Handle self-invoices, pass-through invoicing, and recurring billing documentation. Contribute to efficient, documented, and scalable accounting processes. Who Are We Looking For? You have several years of experience with independent accounting work and are confident in the entire accounting flow. You can switch between daily accounting routines and more analytical tasks without losing structure, quality, or meeting deadlines. We believe that you: Have post-secondary education in accounting or equivalent experience. Have experience with ongoing accounting, accounts receivable/payable, and monthly financial statements. Have worked independently with payroll. Are confident in analyzing income statements and balance sheets. Have strong Excel skills. Communicate clearly and professionally with colleagues, customers, and suppliers. Take ownership, work systematically, and see what needs to be done.
