Accounting Professional with Real Estate Industry Experience

This is a recruitment assignment starting immediately, where you will begin your employment as a consultant through Vindex with the aim of transitioning to a permanent position with the client thereafter. About the role As an accounting professional, you will have broad responsibility for ongoing accounting and become an important part of the organization. You work closely with management and colleagues and contribute financial support to daily operations. This role suits you if you thrive in a smaller organization where tasks are varied and where you have the opportunity to influence and develop working methods over time. If you have experience from the real estate industry, this is a merit, as you will work in an organization where finance and property management work closely together. Location: Central Stockholm with office policy 5 days per week on site Main responsibilities Ongoing accounting and bookkeeping Customer and supplier accounting Invoicing, payment monitoring and disbursements Account reconciliations and accruals Participation in monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements VAT and tax accounting Support for budgeting and financial follow-up Prepare financial reports and analyses Ensure and develop financial routines and processes Support the organization with finance-related matters Support in ongoing property management, including administrative handling, contracts and documentation Contact and collaboration with tenants, contractors, suppliers and other external stakeholders Qualifications Post-secondary education in accounting or equivalent Several years of experience in qualified accounting work Strong knowledge of ongoing accounting and financial statement preparation Experience from the real estate industry is a merit About you To succeed in this role, we believe you are a stable and responsible person who enjoys working long-term.
