Now we are looking for an Accounting Manager who wants to help shape the future finance function. This is an opportunity for you if you thrive in an organization where change, development, and business are at the center.
Your Role
As Accounting Manager, you have overall responsibility for the group's and companies' accounting. You are responsible for ensuring high quality in accounting, reporting, and financial statements while driving the development and efficiency of processes and working methods.
You lead a team of four employees and report directly to the CFO. The role involves close collaboration with management, company executives, operations, and external auditors.
As the group continues to grow, you will have an important role in developing the finance function and creating scalable processes that support the business's continued expansion.
Responsibilities:
Manage the group's and companies' accounting and bookkeeping.
Ensure correct monthly and annual financial statements.
Prepare annual reports, tax returns, and other financial reporting.
Ensure that accounting complies with applicable laws, regulations, and accounting principles.
Lead, support, and develop the accounting team.
Responsible for quality assurance of accounting and provide qualified support on accounting matters.
Coordinate documentation for progressive profit recognition and project monitoring.
Participate in audits and serve as the contact person with external auditors.
Identify areas for improvement and drive the development of processes, procedures, and accounting systems.
Contribute to integration work in connection with future acquisitions and the group's continued development.
Who Are You?
We believe you have an academic education in finance/accounting and several years of experience in qualified accounting work, preferably in a group environment.

Have several years of experience in qualified accounting.
Have experience with financial statements and annual reports.
Have a good understanding of group accounting.
Are experienced working with modern accounting systems.

Communicate fluently in Swedish and English.
It is a merit if you have experience with:
Group accounting.
Progressive profit recognition or project accounting.
