Your Responsibilities
As Accounting Manager, you will have overall responsibility for the group's accounting and reporting. The role combines operational and strategic work where you drive year-end closing processes, ensure quality in accounting and internal procedures, develop financial processes, and serve as a key partner to both operations and management. The role also includes ensuring and developing group accounting, where you are responsible for correct eliminations, consolidation, and reporting at the group level.
You will work closely with the Finance Manager and are responsible for analyses, follow-up, reporting, and contact with auditors, while also providing support, guidance, and materials to the organization that contribute to sound business decisions. In this role, your expert knowledge will make a real difference and you will be able to influence both working methods and structure in a modern and engaged organization. Your Profile
We are looking for someone with solid experience in accounting and year-end closing work and who is comfortable leading and ensuring quality in financial processes across the entire accounting chain. You also have good knowledge of group accounting and are confident working with consolidation and reporting at the group level. We believe you are a reliable person who works methodically. The role requires a clear focus on results and the ability to drive work forward with both responsibility and commitment. This is an independent role, so we are looking for someone who is used to taking on significant responsibility, takes initiative, and is experienced in creating order and stability in financial flows.
Experience from the real estate industry is a merit, but the most important thing in this recruitment is that you have the right competence, willingness, and drive to develop with us. You have relevant education in finance, are comfortable with at least one or more accounting software systems, and are open to learning new systems. You express yourself well in both Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing.
