We are recruiting a driven and business-oriented Accounting Manager to HAVI (Havilog AB) with placement at the Nordic headquarters in Tumba, Stockholm. HAVI is a logistics and distribution company that works with some of the world's and Sweden's strongest brands such as McDonald's, Espresso House, Subway, Pizza Hut, Vapiano, and Zócalo. HAVI Sweden consists of approximately 250 employees with operations in Tumba, Gothenburg, and Malmö, with headquarters in Tumba. A stable company with a strong culture. You will be an important part of the Finance team and report directly to the Finance Manager/CFO. In this role, you are responsible for the accounting function within the company and its subsidiaries while taking a central role in the company's development. Your main areas of responsibility • Manage accounting, financial statements, annual reports, group reporting, and consolidation work • Ensure handling of VAT, indirect taxes, and financial controls • Manage accounts receivable and payable, cash management, and balance reconciliations • Ensure internal control processes, procedures, and governance • Lead and develop the accounting organization with personnel responsibility • Drive development and efficiency improvements in processes and working methods • Collaborate with Finance Hub and international contact points • Provide analysis, business support, and develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders We are looking for someone who has • Several years of experience in qualified accounting work in complex operations • Documented experience of leadership and personnel responsibility • Experience with financial statements, group reporting, and financial management • Good knowledge of accounting, internal controls, and Corporate Governance • Experience with VAT and indirect taxes • Strong system proficiency and good IT understanding, and competence in AI • Fluent Swedish and English in speech and writing Who are you?
