About the Position:
This is a strategically important role where you are responsible for the entire accounting function and act as an advisor to both clients and internal consultants. You are expected to work independently, with a clear leadership role and significant influence in how structures, routines, and processes are established.
We are looking for a senior profile who can independently manage their own clients and work in a consultative advisory capacity. The role also involves building and developing an organization as well as creating long-term customer relationships.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
Ongoing bookkeeping and reporting
Annual accounts according to K3
Financial analysis, budget results, and cash flow forecasts
Audit and close collaboration on audit matters
Advisory services to clients on financial matters
Establishing routines, structure, and processes within the accounting function
Leading, supporting, and developing other consultants on the team
Building and developing customer relationships
We Are Looking for You if:
You are an independent and communicative accounting expert with senior experience who thrives in an advisory role. You are confident in dialogue with clients, socially skilled, and have strong analytical abilities. You have a business-minded approach and are driven by building structure, relationships, and results.
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of accounting experience
Audit experience
Experience with Fortnox and Visma
Good understanding of K3 regulations
Strong competence in financial analysis
Degree in Business Administration or equivalent
Leadership experience
Good Excel skills
Fluent Swedish, spoken and written
Merits:
Experience with Björn Lundén
Knowledge of consolidated accounts and consolidation
Experience with liquidity budgets and cash flow analysis
Good English skills
