Accounting Manager

About the Company: Custos Advokater is a law firm specializing in economic crime, insolvency law, and tax law. The firm provides clients with qualified legal advice from its office in Stockholm. About the Position: This is a strategically important role where you are responsible for the entire accounting function and act as an advisor to both clients and internal consultants. You are expected to work independently, with a clear leadership role and significant influence in how structures, routines, and processes will be built. We are seeking a senior profile who can independently manage clients and work in a consulting and advisory capacity. The role also involves building and developing an organization as well as creating long-term customer relationships. In this role, you will be responsible for: • Ongoing bookkeeping and reporting • Annual financial statements according to K3 • Financial analysis, operating budgets, and cash flow forecasts • Audit and close collaboration on audit matters • Advising clients on financial matters • Building routines, structure, and processes within the accounting function • Leading, supporting, and developing other consultants on the team • Building and developing customer relationships We Are Looking for You: You are an independent and communicative accounting expert with senior experience who thrives in an advisory role. You are confident in client discussions, socially skilled, and have strong analytical abilities. You have a business-minded approach and are driven by building structure, relationships, and results. Requirements: • Minimum 3 years of accounting experience • Audit experience • Experience with Fortnox and Visma • Good understanding of K3 regulations • Strong competence in financial analysis • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent • Leadership experience • Strong Excel skills • Fluent Swedish, spoken and written Meritorious: • Experience with Björn Lundén • Knowledge of group accounting and consolidation • Experience with liquidity budgets and cash flow analysis • Good English skills Other Information: Are you ready for the next step in your career?
