We are now hiring an accounting assistant for our customer invoicing team that works with ICA stores using ICA Business Services.

About the Accounting Assistant Role
With us, you'll play an important role in ensuring an efficient customer invoice process. Together with a great team of colleagues, you'll create and maintain ICA's customer relationships in close dialogue with clients. You work independently with your own responsibility, while team spirit is central – we support each other in our daily work and reach our goals together.
You'll have daily contact with customers and colleagues within ICA and actively contribute to developing and improving our work processes.
The team's task is to ensure accurate customer accounts receivable for the stores. To succeed, you'll daily work with tasks such as:
Handle discrepancies in our invoicing system
Ensure correct invoicing
Perform reconciliations
Quality-focused requirements management
Have daily contact with our store owners, their customers, and other units within the company
Investigate and analyze differences to ensure accurate accounts receivable and prepare quality financial statements
Initiate improvements in our processes to increase quality and efficiency
Are You the Person We're Looking For?
We're looking for someone with post-secondary education in accounting or finance, or equivalent work experience from similar tasks. You're responsible and self-driven, with the ability to plan and drive your work forward in a structured way. You're curious, positive, and have a desire to develop – both in the role and with others. Strong Excel skills and system experience are advantageous, as is an interest in digitalization and automated work methods.
Being a team player comes naturally to you and you enjoy sharing your knowledge. You easily adapt to new work methods and have the ability to see potential for improvements.
