Our success formula is Egen Ekonomiavdelning where our clients engage us as their outsourced accounting & payroll department. Together we build close collaboration in real-time with the company's management, employees, and business partners regarding all administrative and financial tasks – just like a regular accounting and payroll department. Within Bara Bokföring we help smaller companies with accounting and financial statements. We deliver quality and secure management of bookkeeping with simple and clear reports. Who are we looking for? We are looking for someone who wants to take on the role of accounting assistant combined with customer coordinator for selected clients and has the ability to deliver increased customer value with your knowledge of ongoing financial management such as accounts receivable & payable, payments, invoicing, bookkeeping, VAT, taxes, reconciliations, payroll, and monthly financial statements. As a customer coordinator you will support the accounting consultants and bureau manager with ongoing financial tasks for our clients. Solve administrative tasks and coordinate work internally for the client's benefit. Maintain the client database, prepare checklists with information for clients to ensure their submission, contact clients about missing information, plan annual work to meet client needs and achieve efficient resource management, and return client materials. You should be self-driven and have several years of experience with ongoing financial tasks and reconciliations. It is a merit if you have experience with Visma systems and Fortnox.
