About the Role
We are now seeking an Accounting Manager for our headquarters in Gothenburg – a key role in a Swedish growth company with international presence, where entrepreneurial spirit, quality, and long-term thinking are at the core of everything we do.
In this role, you will have overall responsibility for accounting across all our companies and become a central part of our continued growth journey. You will be responsible for ensuring high quality in financial reporting while driving improvements and developing efficient processes that support the business.
This is a broad and operational role for someone who thrives close to the business, enjoys taking ownership, and wants to combine qualified accounting work with development and change. You will be an important part of an engaged finance team of three people where you will have significant influence – with the opportunity to help shape a modern and scalable finance function for the next phase of North Trampoline's journey.
You will report to the company's CFO
Responsibilities
Full responsibility for the company's accounting
Ongoing bookkeeping and reconciliations
Monthly and annual financial statements
Accounts receivable and accounts payable management
VAT and tax returns for multiple companies and countries
Ensure quality and structure in accounting processes
Contact with auditors and external consultants
Drive improvement and efficiency initiatives within finance and administration
Manage intercompany transactions and international flows
Overall responsibility for payroll, including contact with payroll consultants
Who You Are
We are looking for someone who is confident and independent accounting professional with strong drive and willingness to take responsibility. You thrive in a broad and operational role where you can combine qualified accounting work with the opportunity to develop and improve methods and processes.
To succeed in this role, we see that you have:
At least 7 years of experience in qualified accounting work and independent execution of monthly and annual financial statements.
Post-secondary education in finance/accounting or similar.
Experience taking overall responsibility for accounting in multiple group companies.
Experience with international VAT and accounting in multiple legal entities.
Good system skills and experience with ERP systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or similar.
Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
Experience with group accounting.
It is advantageous if you also have:
Experience from e-commerce or other international and rapidly changing operations.
Experience in streamlining and developing finance processes.
