In connection with the company's further development, we are seeking an experienced professional for the position of Director of Project Execution, who will take on responsibility for managing all execution activities of the company. Job Responsibilities • Overall management of the company's execution department. • Leading project managers, site managers, chief project engineers, and execution teams. • Responsibility for project execution from contract signature through customer handover. • Planning of production, assembly, and execution capacities. • Management of project schedules, costs, quality, and technical performance. • Monitoring compliance with contractual obligations toward customers and subcontractors. • Active resolution of technical, commercial, and organizational issues during execution. • Cooperation with sales, design, procurement, and finance departments. • Optimization of internal processes and improvement of project management efficiency. • Responsibility for financial results of assigned projects. • Regular reporting to company management. We Require • Higher education or secondary technical education. • Minimum 8 years of experience managing technical or investment projects. • Experience leading larger execution teams. • Excellent knowledge of mechanical engineering or technology projects. • Understanding of contractual relationships, project management, and project economics. • Capability for both strategic and operational management. • Natural authority, independence, and ability to motivate teams. • Excellent organizational and communication skills. • Category B driver's license. • Active English language proficiency is an advantage.
