Responsible for processes of comprehensive management, operation, and services of real estate infrastructure of the Ministry of Defense throughout the Czech Republic.
Responsible for determining the main directions of development and operation of real estate infrastructure of the Ministry of Defense.
Prepares economic, planning, analytical, and evaluation documents in the area of management and operation of real estate infrastructure of the Ministry of Defense.
Implements control and audit activities in the area of state property management with a focus on management and operation of real estate infrastructure of the Ministry of Defense.
Responsible for overall coordination of planning procedures in the field of real estate.
Monitors the performance of activities in the area of maintenance, repairs, and real estate infrastructure services.
Maintains current overviews of service activities in the area of real estate infrastructure for the respective calendar year and regularly evaluates them.
Prepares materials for public procurement in the area of maintenance, repairs, and real estate infrastructure services within the scope of authority of the operation manager deputy director - director of real estate infrastructure operations division of the Real Estate Management Agency.
Monitors and evaluates the cost-effectiveness of military facilities, prepares and assesses comprehensive asset specifications in the area of real estate infrastructure of the Ministry of Defense.
Responsible for compliance and non-exceeding of NIPEZ (CPV) limits at VZMR in the area of services and repairs of real estate infrastructure of the Ministry of Defense in accordance with applicable laws, particularly in accordance with the applicable public procurement law.
