Redhead Seeking Production Line Personnel/Quality Control Supervisor for Factory

We're looking for a production line supervisor who operates machines and shares quality responsibility with the factory manager. Production Line Personnel / Operator As an operator with us, you're the hub of daily production. You run and monitor machines and equipment along the line, ensure the flow maintains pace and quality, and conduct ongoing checks on what's being produced. You handle basic maintenance and changeovers, report deviations, and maintain order and safety at your station. You change blades in the slicer, refill packaging material in machines, run tests, add potatoes to the line, etc. We believe you're thorough, responsible, and enjoy physical and practical work at a fast pace. You thrive in a team but also take personal responsibility for your part of the chain. Experience from food production is a plus, but the right attitude is most important – we'll teach you the rest. A forklift license and the ability to work shifts are seen as advantages. As quality supervisor, you own the quality work from raw materials to finished product.
