It requires someone who actually knows Stockholm's economists, understands what they want, what they can do, and where they're headed. That's where you come in. We have a dedicated team of students whose mission is exactly this: to build and maintain relationships with our candidates, so our recruitment consultants can quickly help them forward when the right recruitment process comes up. You'll work at our office in the heart of Stockholm City (yes, with your own rooftop terrace) alongside other students who balance studies and work just like you. Your main areas of responsibility: Candidate Services: you become the hub that maintains contact with our candidates through regular conversations, ensuring they feel seen and that their career goals stay at the top of the list. Meeting Booking: you get to know candidates' competencies well enough to schedule the right meetings and interviews for our recruitment consultants. Administrative Support: you keep our system sharp and updated with the precision that allows our recruitment consultants to navigate and find the right candidate quickly. Team Spirit: you bring energy and are a team player who wishes your colleagues well and believes in a work environment with constant development, where we give each other feedback continuously, both positive and constructive. We're looking for you if you: Can combine studies with a flexible part-time job at approximately 40%, working 100% on-site at our office. Communicate fluently in Swedish and English, as these are the languages we use in contact with the majority of our candidates. Are unpretentious and structured in your work approach. Have at least two full semesters remaining in your studies within human resources or economics. This requirement is based on the role's tasks: a human resources background provides understanding of the recruitment process, while an economics background gives understanding of candidates' terminology and professional roles. Meritorious: Experience in service or customer service is a major plus.
