The role encompasses multiple areas of responsibility across the entire lifecycle of our drivers and transporters – from recruitment and onboarding to training, support, coaching, and development. This is a broad and varied role for someone who appreciates diversity, enjoys working close to operations, and wants to make a difference every day. About the Workplace Cabonline Region Mitt is part of Sweden's largest taxi operation and actively works to create efficient and secure transportation solutions for our customers. We value close collaboration with our transporters and strive to be a reliable and professional partner in all respects. Our headquarters is located in Västerås, and the positions are also based there. We also have service centers in Uppsala, Örebro, and Eskilstuna. Cabonline Region Mitt includes several well-known brands, such as Taxi Västerås, Taxi Stor & Liten, Örebro Läns Taxi, Taxi Kurir, and Sverigetaxi. We operate taxi services in Västmanland, Gävleborg, Sörmland, Uppsala County, and Örebro County. The position includes regular travel between our operational locations, giving you the opportunity to work close to operations and build relationships with colleagues and transporters across multiple locations. The role involves both day trips and trips with overnight stays. We are therefore looking for someone who is comfortable with mobile work and has the ability to travel for work. Your Responsibilities As part of our team, you will work to ensure that our drivers and transporters have the right conditions to succeed – from the first contact and throughout the entire partnership. Responsibilities include: Recruit new drivers and transporters based on operational needs. Plan and conduct onboarding and introduce new partners to our working methods, systems, and procedures. Conduct training and ensure that drivers and transporters have the correct knowledge about our systems, working methods, and service. Provide daily support and be a contact person for drivers and transporters on operational matters. Monitor performance, quality, and development through coaching, feedback, and ongoing dialogue. Handle administration related to recruitment, onboarding, documentation, and offboarding. Collaborate with colleagues and other functions to ensure adequate capacity and high service levels. Contribute to developing our working methods and processes to create an even better experience for our drivers and transporters. Since work days vary, you need to be able to prioritize, plan, and stay calm even when the pace is high. We would like to see that you have: Experience in recruitment, training, coaching, customer service, or similar work. Good administrative skills and experience working with digital systems. Ability to plan, prioritize, and handle multiple tasks in parallel. A service-oriented approach and genuine interest in helping and developing others. Good communication skills and an ability to build trust easily. Requirements B-class driver's license and access to your own vehicle. Fluent Swedish in speech and writing. Basic English in speech and writing. Ability to travel for work, including both day trips and overnight stays. Why Cabonline?
