Do you want to spend the winter with us? About the Position At Kläppen there are two receptions, both located at Hotel Kurbits – Reception Kurbits and Reception Kurbits SPA. Reception Kurbits functions as the hub of the company and is important for guest satisfaction, where in your role you will answer questions and inquiries from our guests. You work with handling our guests' arrivals and departures, selling ski passes, ski school and activities, and answering guest questions at the desk, by phone, and email. At Reception Kurbits SPA you welcome our spa guests, maintain a pleasant environment in the spa, book treatments, and sell products related to Kurbits SPA. During conferences at Hotel Kurbits, you assist with preparations and service during the conference. The position is a seasonal employment from December to April. Salary is paid according to agreement. Duties Reception Kurbits Guest check-in and check-out Sale and handling of ski passes Production of pre-booked ski passes Ski school and activity booking Answer general reception questions at the desk, by phone, and email Receive fault reports in accommodations and report to maintenance Key management Sale of goods in the ski shop in the same location Cash handling Reception Kurbits SPA Book spa times and treatments Sale of products to the spa Refilling water and fruit in the relaxation area Maintain a pleasant guest environment in and around spa and conference areas Qualifications We believe you are a pronounced service person who really enjoys inspiring and helping the people who spend their leisure time with us. We are looking for you who: Enjoy working at a fast pace and meeting many people Keep things organized and tidy around you Can express yourself in both speech and writing in Swedish and English Previous experience with similar tasks is a merit.
