Job Description
As a Customer Experience Manager, you and your team will own everything that happens in the showroom. You are the first person customers meet, and you are responsible for guiding customers through the facility. You ask questions to understand the customer's needs and then hand them over to a sales representative on-site. In addition to face-to-face customer interactions, you will also handle more administrative tasks.
We have facilities in Rissne, Täby, Vällingby, and Arlandastad. This role is primarily based in Rissne, and you may occasionally support our other locations.
Beyond your immediate team, you will work closely with other departments such as sales, delivery, and service.
Additional responsibilities include:
- Organize vehicles in the facility's inventory
- Maintain a consistently high visual standard in the showroom
- Answer the facility's phone
- Parking inventory management
- Inventory and procurement of office supplies
- Handle test drives
Your Profile

We also see that you as a candidate have:
- A driver's license (category B)
- Experience in customer service roles such as retail
Offer
You will be employed by Barona on a trial employment period with additional benefits through collective agreement. The position is a full-time role with working hours between 09:00 and 18:00, and our salary range for this position is 22,000 - 25,000
