We are seeking extra staff on behalf of a client for a shopping center in Stockholm, for holiday work and as needed. Are you looking for a position to combine with a part-time job or studies? With shifts available during daytime, evenings, and weekends, the receptionist role with us is perfect for you! We are looking for someone who goes the extra mile for customers, wants to develop your service knowledge, and appreciates order and organization. You are social and enjoy working with people. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES You are someone who loves meeting people and providing excellent service. The work may include daily reception tasks such as opening and closing, performing tasks for the center's management on-site, or serving as extra staff in the cloakroom during periods and events with increased staffing needs. You will be employed through Xllenta as a staffing company, a passionate team that cares about their employees. You will have a secure employer with a collective agreement. YOUR PROFILE We are looking for someone with experience in service, preferably as a host, receptionist, or in customer service. You are professional and social. As a person, you are attentive to customers' needs and wishes, and do not mind working independently. You will become an ambassador for Xllenta as a brand and for the client's business as well.
