In the receptionist role at Europeiska Motor, you will have the title Customer Experience Manager. In your role, you will maintain the daily operations at Europeiska Motor's facilities. A position characterized by fantastic customer interactions, collaboration, and joy! Job Description As a Customer Experience Manager, you and your team will own everything that happens in the showroom. You are the first person customers meet, and you are responsible for guiding customers through the showroom. You ask questions to understand the customer's needs and then hand them over to a sales representative on site. In addition to in-person customer interactions, you will also work with more administrative tasks. We have facilities in Rissne, Täby, Vällingby, and Arlandastad. This role is primarily in Täby, and you will occasionally support the other facilities. In addition to your immediate team, you work closely with other departments such as sales, delivery, and the service department. Other responsibilities include: Organize vehicles in the facility's fleet Maintain consistently high visual standards in the showroom Answer the facility's phone Parking inventory Inventory and purchasing of office supplies Manage test drives Your Profile Europeiska Motor always strives to deliver world-class physical and digital service.
