JOB DUTIES As a receptionist at Regionservice, you will support operations with your skills in daily work by staffing one of our various reception areas at Helsingborg Hospital and Ängelholm Hospital. Standard reception or cashier work in a hospital environment, which means you will receive and register patients and then direct them to the appropriate clinic or department. We offer temporary employment as a foundation. This means the number of work hours per week may vary. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for someone who is at least 18 years old and has completed upper secondary education or equivalent. In addition, you have good computer skills. The position requires very good Swedish language skills, both spoken and written. It is also an advantage if you have previously worked with patient systems such as Pasis. We are looking for someone who is passionate about providing good service and who is dedicated to their professional role. Good customer service and a high level of service are crucial for the patient's hospital experience. Therefore, we want you to be positive, accommodating, and have a genuine interest in service work.
