Receptionist for Dental Practice Needed

We are now seeking a new team member for our reception. We are looking for you who: - Have a dental hygienist degree or other experience from dental care. - Are service-oriented and can handle multiple tasks simultaneously. - Have experience with the Opus patient management system. - Have extensive experience with Libretto and Symfoni systems and have worked at an orthodontic clinic (this is a requirement). - Are a team member who enjoys phone contact and is passionate about administrative work. - Enjoy varied work tasks. - Treat all people in a pleasant manner and are solution-oriented. A selection of your work tasks: - Appointment scheduling and sending reminders - Handling referrals and referral responses - Serve our patients via phone, email, and SMS - Process payments - Receive deliveries - Handle mail - Maintain order in the waiting room - Assist with sterilization procedures - etc., etc. Your competencies and personal qualities: - You work well with other people and communicate with both colleagues and patients in a responsive and smooth manner. - You are good at organizing and prioritizing work efficiently. - You have good computer skills. - You have very good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written. - Knowledge of English or other languages is a merit.
