Receptionist at Specialist Center for Children and Youth Gamlestaden, Temporary Position

Western Sweden Health Services is an administration within the Västra Götalandsregionen and consists of four hospitals – Alingsås Hospital, Angered Community Hospital, Högsbo Community Hospital, and Kungälv Hospital. Approximately 3,000 employees work with us every day to provide excellent and safe specialist healthcare of the highest quality. About Us Specialist Center for Children and Youth Gamlestaden is part of Angered Community Hospital. At our clinic, motivated and development-oriented employees work together. We are approximately 40 employees working at the clinic. The work team consists of various professions such as pediatricians, pediatric nurses, social workers, dietitians, psychologists, speech therapists, and medical secretaries. As a receptionist at our clinic, you will work closely with all professions, particularly with the medical secretaries. Our clinic is open during daytime hours and we primarily have scheduled appointments. We are now looking for you to work in our reception and meet our children, youth, and their parents as the first point of contact at the clinic. About You We are looking for someone with a helpful approach who contributes to a positive work environment. As a person, you are responsible and have good judgment. You are self-driven, have commitment in your work, and enjoy taking responsibility. You are service-oriented and can provide "that little extra" to patients and colleagues you encounter. The workload can vary, which requires flexibility, stress tolerance, and a structured work approach. If you also work well in a team while taking independent responsibility, you should apply to us. About the Position This position is a temporary contract through August 31, 2027. Qualifications Completed upper secondary education is required. Fluent Swedish in speech and writing is required; additional language skills are advantageous. Previous experience working in reception within healthcare is required.
