We are also a Swan-labeled hotel, a member of Design Hotels, and a proud collaborative partner with our neighbor Operakällaren Foundation/UNICEF and Project Playground. At Hotel Skeppsholmen, the front desk is a vibrant department where we create a pleasant and relaxed atmosphere for our guests. We are therefore looking for someone who can deliver natural top-notch service in a humble and laid-back manner, as you will be the first and last person our guests encounter at the hotel. Our guests are typically well-informed and trend-conscious, so you need to be someone interested in staying updated on the latest happenings in Stockholm, from newly opened restaurants and bars to shops and museums. Your main responsibilities will include guest service as well as check-in and check-out, while you may also receive conference guests or provide concierge service. We see that you have experience working at a hotel front desk, and it is an advantage if you have used the PMS system OPERA Cloud. It is a merit if you have post-secondary education in hospitality and restaurant management. This position is full-time, which involves variations of day and evening shifts as well as every other weekend, starting as soon as possible.
