Duties
Standard reception work such as patient reception, appointment scheduling, payments, calling patients, managing appointment books, and handling various software programs including our patient record system Frenda. Responsibility for patient communication via email and 1177.se. Being the central link between patients and healthcare providers. Telephone service.
Qualifications
Good Swedish language skills in speech and writing. Good service mindset and excellent patient and staff interaction. You should be able to work independently, take your own initiative, and take responsibility for appointment books and call lists. Computer proficiency is a requirement for this position. Previous experience in healthcare, reception, or other patient/customer service roles is advantageous, as is a Class B driving license.
