Dr Obaidi Tandvård in Eskilstuna is looking for a receptionist who wants to become an important part of our team and help ensure our patients always receive professional and warm service. Responsibilities As a receptionist with us, you will be the face of the clinic and responsible for creating a smooth flow in our daily operations. Your tasks will include: Greet and welcome patients in person and over the phone. Manage appointment scheduling and patient administration. Handle cash, payments, and basic accounting tasks. Communicate with partners and suppliers. Contribute to a positive patient experience and a well-functioning clinic. We Are Looking for You If You: Have good experience in service and administration, preferably from healthcare or reception. Communicate well in Swedish and English. Are responsible, organized, and able to handle stress. Are positive, flexible, and maintain a professional demeanor. Thrive in a role where you take ownership while collaborating closely with your colleagues. Previous experience as a receptionist or in dental care/healthcare is a merit but not required – we place great emphasis on your personality and willingness to learn.
