About the Role As a receptionist at Elite Hotel Frost, you are the first contact our guests have, and often the last they remember. You are the hub that keeps the flow between guests, colleagues, and service experience running smoothly. Your workdays are varied – from welcoming guests and checking in international travelers, to helping conference participants, answering questions about Kiruna, and collaborating with our colleagues in housekeeping, restaurant, and spa. You work every other weekend according to a schedule that is planned with both the operation's and the employees' best interests in mind. Here, teamwork, care, and joy are always what characterize the everyday. We Are Looking for You Who Have a genuine interest in people and service Are unpretentious, responsible, and enjoy taking initiative Have experience from hotels, service, or tourism (merits but not a requirement) Speak and write Swedish and English fluently (additional languages are a bonus) Thrive in a role where there is always a lot happening and where you get to be creative in solving guest needs We believe that you are someone who gets energy from helping others, who thinks that a "hello" means something – and who understands how small details can create big experiences. Are at least 18 years old.
