About the role
As a Receptionist with us, you are often the first person the guest meets and the last one to say goodbye. You are responsible for creating a professional, warm and welcoming impression while managing the daily operations of the reception.
The reception is the hotel's hub where a lot happens at the same time. You work with check-ins and check-outs, bookings, telephone, email, billing and sales while helping guests with questions, requests and information about the hotel's services and offers. You act as the spider in the web between the hotel's different departments and help ensure that operations run smoothly every day.
In this role, you are also responsible for handling payments, booking requests and administrative tasks, and work actively to create a safe and secure hotel environment for both guests and colleagues. You have an important role in ensuring that the hotel's routines are followed and that guests always feel welcome, cared for and safe during their stay.

We would like to see that you:
• Have experience from service professions where customer service has been in focus
• Are very system-savvy and comfortable with digital tools, preferably Opera Cloud
• Have good administrative ability and like order and structure
• Have the ability to prioritize and remain calm even when the pace is high
• Are flexible and comfortable with varying working hours
• Speak and write Swedish and English fluently
• Have a genuine interest in service and hospitality
• Experience from hotels, reception or booking systems is a merit, but we place great emphasis on personality, drive and service sense.
