About the Position The position involves varying shift work with early morning and evening shifts as well as weekend work. We are looking for you who Have documented experience as a receptionist. Are passionate about service and always prioritize the guest experience. Find it easy to build relationships and create a personal experience for both new and returning guests. Are solution-oriented, responsible, and maintain professional conduct in all situations. Qualifications Documented experience as a receptionist is required. Good computer skills and the ability to quickly learn new systems. Fluent Swedish and English, both spoken and written. Additional language skills are a plus. Responsibilities As a receptionist with us, you will work with, among other things: Check-in and check-out of guests. Guest service and handling of inquiries.
