The reception is the first thing our guests encounter, and we're now looking for you who want to be our face to the world and create magical moments with our guests. We're looking for someone who wants to work in a team with high pace and commitment, flexibility, and where no two days are the same! - You have a warm and considerate personality - You enjoy chatting with both adults and children, and making someone's day a little better with small gestures - You see the big picture in small things and have an eye for detail and can make quick decisions when needed - You understand that sales = service and together we achieve our goals - You're independent and flexible and enjoy a fast pace - You have good computer skills or are eager to learn Experience and Skills We'd like you to have experience from the restaurant or hotel industry B driver's license System knowledge, preferably hotel booking systems Training in service is a plus To succeed in this role you must be organized in your work and able to handle stressful situations Should be fluent in both English and Swedish What We Offer A wonderful work environment at a lively workplace where no two days are the same.
