You play an important role in the patient's visit and their experience of contacting us at Folktandvården. Examples of work tasks: Visitor Services: Greet patients, provide information and guidance. Telephone Services: Answer incoming calls, schedule and reschedule appointments. Make an initial assessment of patient inquiries for further guidance. Administrative tasks, such as: process payments, update patient records, handle reports, update lists, case management via 1177.se, and more. We have a total of 21 employees distributed across our 8 treatment rooms. Required Competencies and Profile We want you to: have upper secondary education have experience working in reception or equivalent speak Swedish and English fluently and communicate well, both orally and in writing have good knowledge of Office applications have strong communication skills; be clear and provide professional treatment based on respect and attentiveness toward patients, relatives, and colleagues enjoy collaborating with colleagues and contribute to a positive work environment have good ability to prioritize multiple work tasks happening in parallel have high level of flexibility and stress resilience be thorough and have a good sense of structure and planning have the ability to make an initial patient safety assessment of a patient's health status, known as triage We consider it an advantage if you have: a dental or healthcare background reception training experience working with patients and relatives in a care environment experience working with patient record systems About the Recruitment Process After the application deadline, the clinic manager will review applicants and invite selected candidates to a group interview at the clinic.
