We are looking for a new star to join our lovely team as a receptionist. As a person, you are service-minded, engaged, and responsible. You should be able to work independently and dare to make your own decisions as solo work occurs. You love meeting guests and have the ability to quickly build good relationships. You take initiative and have a good ability to see solutions. You can handle stressful situations while prioritizing the right things. Varying working hours during daytime, evenings, and weekends. Your work tasks include the following: Check in and check out guests. Coordinate all departments Answer questions/provide tourist information and be a helpful hand for our hotel guests. Handle conferences Set price lists, provide quotes, and invoice Contribute to upselling. Receive bookings and make reservations, answer emails and phone calls Familiar with Bookvisit and Jupiter Has cash handling experience. Has good computer skills. Has good local knowledge. Previous experience in the hotel industry We look forward to your application! Access to your own transportation as public transportation is not available. Continuous selection is ongoing. Salary: Collective agreement applies Hotel and Restaurant Hovs Hallar is a conference facility on the Bjärehalvön. We currently have 49 double rooms and suites. Our restaurant accommodates up to 170 guests and we serve breakfast, lunch, and à la carte. We also arrange some weddings and birthday parties.
