At the reception desk at Camp Ripan, you are the first person our guests meet when they arrive, and here they should feel the warm atmosphere that prevails throughout the facility. We are now looking for someone who is ready to do everything to create magical encounters with our guests. Here we work with high-level hospitality and are happy to share our own experiences of our unique environment and our diverse cultures. The pace is sometimes high, and it's important that you as a person can handle juggling multiple tasks at once. Your responsibilities include receiving bookings via phone, email, and in person for lodging, spa, camping, activities, and other seasonal offerings, upselling, and assisting guests with questions and requests regarding their stay with us. You are an important team player not only for the reception but for the entire facility, where we work across departments toward common goals. The great variety of guests means no two days are alike, which makes the work stimulating and developmental. Fluent Swedish or English, both spoken and written, is required. Additional language skills are a plus. Experience with reception work, booking systems, or similar is an advantage, but for us, your personality and your ability to always put the guest's needs first is what matters most. Scope 80%, permanent position.
