What awaits you in the HR Specialist role: - Management of employment and labor HR agenda and collaboration on HR activities (hiring, onboarding, employee relations, medical examinations, administration, internal communications, etc.) - Conducting job interviews independently - Active recruitment and job posting management - Employee records management in the HR system - Collaboration on HR process development and updates - Ensuring smooth reception operations and responsibilities - Invoice processing – Warehouse inventory, order management, receipt and distribution of office and promotional items, business cards - Mail handling – incoming and outgoing - Participation in planning and organizing employee and public events (corporate events, team building, competitions) What we expect from you: - General knowledge of HR practices - Knowledge of labor law and legislation is an advantage - Experience in a similar position - Strong communication skills and professional demeanor - Ability to work independently while being a team player - Attention to detail, priority management skills, and high loyalty - PC skills (MS Word, Excel) and social media proficiency - Class B driver's license – active driver - English language knowledge is an advantage What we can offer you: - A supportive environment in a thriving and growing family company - Personal and professional development - English language course and further education opportunities - Company phone and laptop provided - Competitive salary - An HR team that will support you throughout your onboarding!
