What we offer: o Base salary from 28,000 Kč + supplements + bonuses o Free meals during working hours o Work in a new, modern hotel with premium facilities o Friendly team and fair treatment o Full-time and part-time positions available o Shift work as agreed (morning / afternoon / night) o Access to wellness, fitness, and other hotel benefits o Start date: March / April 2026 o Comprehensive training and career growth opportunities (supervisor role) Your responsibilities: o Guest check-in and check-out o Phone and email communication o Work with the booking system (PMS) o Providing information about the hotel, services, and surrounding area o Collaboration with the restaurant and other hotel departments o Reception and lobby care o Administration, cash handling, and reconciliation o Fulfilling guest requests and wishes so they'll want to return What we expect: o Pleasant, professional, and representative demeanor o Czech and English fluency (additional languages a plus) o Basic computer skills o Reliability, attention to detail, and willingness to learn Reception or hotel experience is an advantage, not a requirement
