Job Responsibilities: - Contact with parents and studio clients - Working with the reservation system - Ensuring smooth studio operations + minor sales - Administration and document management - Managing social media (Facebook, Instagram) - an active and important part of the job - Content creation in Canva (posts, simple graphics) Requirements: - Secondary education with diploma or higher - Administrative experience - Previous experience working with people and children is a plus - Willingness to learn new things, organizational skills - Proficiency with social media and basic Word, Excel, computer skills - Reliability, communication skills - Clean criminal record We Offer: - Competitive compensation. - Work in a pleasant environment in a small team. - Start date: August-September 2026 - Approximately 80 hours per month, by agreement - Morning-afternoon shifts by agreement (operating hours 8:30 AM - approximately 6:00 PM) Work Location: Liberec Suitable for people with disabilities, pensioners, students, and parents on parental leave.
