SIA "Balvu Namsaimnieks" is hiring a production planner for an indefinite period. Work location: Bērzpils iela 56, Balvi, Balvu novads. Main job responsibilities: • Organize financial accounting for provided services and completed work in building management, enter the obtained data into information systems; • Prepare annual management revenue and expense reports; • Process data from water and sewage service notifications submitted by residents; • Organize water meter inspector work related to meter inspection in apartments, individual houses, and legal entities. Compile information into tables; • Calculate pricing for paid services. Requirements for candidates: • Secondary professional education (technical or management background preferred); • Excellent knowledge of regulatory acts necessary for job performance; • Ability to independently plan and organize work completion within deadlines; • High sense of responsibility, accuracy, and initiative; • Good communication skills and ability to work in a team; • State language proficiency in accordance with State Language Law requirements; • Proficiency in MS Office applications and company information system applications (DVS LIETVARIS, RVS GVEDIS).
