About Us We're opening a modern ramen restaurant soon with a focus on authentic flavors, craftsmanship, and high quality. At our restaurant, the experience is everything – from broth and noodles to toppings and service. We're building a kitchen team with ambitions, where you'll help develop both work routines and the menu. About the Position We're looking for a chef with experience in ramen or Japanese cuisine who can strengthen our kitchen team leading up to the opening and beyond. You'll work with everything from prep and mise en place to service, with special focus on ramen components such as broth, tare, oils, and toppings. Your responsibilities include: Cooking ramen and other Japanese dishes according to recipes and quality standards Prep work: broth cooking, tare, oils, meat/toppings, vegetables, etc. Mise en place and efficient management during service Raw material handling, quality assurance, and waste control Maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and procedures according to self-inspection standards Contributing ideas and improvements to the menu and work methods We're Looking for You: Experience as a chef (preferably Japanese cuisine/ramen, but not required if you're the right person) Quick, organized, and thorough Thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes responsibility for your station Good collaboration skills and a positive attitude Speaks Swedish or English We Offer: A secure position in a restaurant opening with high ambitions The opportunity to be involved from the start and influence the setup and menu Great team spirit and order in the kitchen Salary by agreement Full-time (part-time can be discussed for the right candidate) 📍 Workplace: (Brandbergen) 📅 Start Date: by agreement Application: Send a short introduction + CV to [email protected].
