Rådomsgården is a private care home in Helgum in Sollefteå municipality. It is operated as a corporation where ownership is primarily held by local residents. Approximately 20 employees work at the facility, including nursing assistants, a registered nurse, an accountant, and a facilities manager. Our own kitchen staff prepare meals from scratch. Our guiding principle is high-quality care based on each resident's individual needs. We are now seeking an Operations Manager at 100% employment with daytime hours, Monday-Friday. We're looking for someone who wants to help develop and lead the business. You'll enjoy short decision-making paths and great freedom in your work! The role involves close collaboration with the board. As Operations Manager, you will be responsible for personnel, recruitment, and finances. You should have relevant education in the field, such as registered nurse or social worker. You also need knowledge of the legislation governing the business. Previous experience in management and leadership, and prior work in elderly care are merit factors. As a person, you are responsible, well-organized, and confident.
